Frequently asked questions

Why donate to Team Rubicon?

Team Rubicon is a veteran-led humanitarian organization that serves global communities before, during, and after disasters and crises. Your donations go directly to Team Rubicon's Ready Reserve Fund, which increases the efficiency and capacity of Team Rubicon's disaster response and humanitarian efforts.

Disasters are unpredictable. Most disasters strike with little to no warning, and although some storms like hurricanes can be spotted ahead of landfall, there's no telling the damage they might cause. Team Rubicon's ability to mobilize quickly and effectively after disaster strikes is what makes the Ready Reserve Fund so impactful. It allows Team Rubicon to launch operations with speed and efficiency without waiting on funding to respond to a vulnerable community that needs help now.
